In the supertitious culture of Filipinos, if a spoon falls accidentally from the table while eating, the host will expect for a female visitor. If it is a fork the host will wait for a male visitor.
Having this cultural backdrop, I figured to photograph this (I have no freaking time to paint my ideas, but we have a lot of utensils and tabloid here, haha) "art" to reflect my views, from the woman's perspective, if she is in a prostitution or something close to that.
Gosh, thanks. Well I personally hates how the world bastardized and made vulgar the word or the concept of sex and sexuality.
In Christian philosophy, sex is sacred, too sacred that it is secured in the sacrament of marriage. Anyways, that damn commercialism destroyed this sanctity and we are to pay to this stupidity. Damn it. I hate the world.

No I don't mean hate the world per se, I mean the world in the Christian context that means worldly desires. To hate the physical world is heresy, and I won't go that far, I just hate the inanity it have.
Well cannot agree with you on the grammar issue, haha. I also speak 3 languages, and understand 3 dialects.

on prostituition, i mean, prostitution, and Christian ethics. hmm, i'm in no position to discuss Christian ethics though, since my field is on the health sciences, ... but sex isn't the main course in prostitution, it's money...
anyhow, you got a meaningful photo here. it could be interpreted in different ways, really.
one is the classic courtship of numerous males for a single female
another is the concept of conception
and oh, racism.
Actually kulang nga, please do go on. Well actually money is one way to promote prostitution, but then again their are many ways to commit prostitution and sexuality is a main factor.
Yes, I did a hasty generalization on placing prostitutes immediately as women, but then again they are the majority in such trade, at bakit ba tayo nagiingles, haha, but for the benefit of the non-Filipino community I would like to say that this work is done in a pro-feminist humanistic tone in line with the understanding of social justice. Too bad women are doing this primarily to live. Damn you ignorance and miserable poverty.

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
